:: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application and Data Administrator

Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Killorglin, Co. Kerry
With over 150 employees worldwide, FEXCO Merchant Services is a global leader in the provision of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), credit card transactions processing, multi-currency pricing, global treasury solutions, gift and pre-paid spending solutions, bureau de change, and consumer tax solutions. We currently provide our solutions to over 30,000 merchants globally in conjunction with over 25 acquiring banks.

Job Purpose: The role of the CRM Administrator is to drive the implementation and usage of Oracle's CRM tool within the FEXCO Merchant Services business division. In addition the CRM administrator will oversee and maintain the application, provide day-to-day support for end users and be responsible for administering change control process. The CRM Administrator will also compile and deliver reports from CRM to the management team on a weekly/monthly basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement the access levels of all individual users to ensure security of the information, in accordance with FMS policy
• Responsibility for the ongoing development of CRM functionality with each of the various business areas within FMS
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitoring the data within CRM to ensure integrity, accuracy and consistency of data across a global implementation. Actively managing the quality and usage metrics with Management and end users
• Act as proxy customer representing change requests to development team with regards to modifications, reports etc.
• In addition to day-to-day user support and system maintenance, the CRM Administrator is expected to drive user adoption and ROI
• Stay current with latest CRM features that could benefit the organisation
• Document training, procedures & user manuals. Also ensure that these documents are updated as regularly as required and shared with the business
• Deliver end user training to FMS personnel worldwide

Competencies:
• Experience in Oracle CRM or similar applications is extremely desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to train and coach multiple business areas
• Excellent organisational skills
• Self motivated, flexible and have the ability to take on a problem, make decisions and implement solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
• Flexibility to travel on occasion in support of the implementation
• Availability to work outside of local business hours may be necessary from time to time in support of a global implementation
• Previous exposure to project management will be advantageous
